• We recommend a starting path for BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or Kids Martial Arts.
• We answer first-visit and gear questions before you buy anything.
• We coordinate the right first visit with you directly.

First visit and gear

• Wear comfortable athletic clothes, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early.
• No shoes are worn on the mats.
• Bring any gear you already own, but do not buy new gear blindly.
• Warrior Fitness Center does not provide loaner gear.
• Members receive substantial gear discounts through the gym, and our team can help with sizing and recommendations.
